Influenced from Islamic Architecture
The actor took cues from his old house in his hometown Budhana, Uttar Pradesh to design this lavish bungalow. The opulent three-story house boasts a huge porch, adorned by a white marble facade and a terrace. The home has a strong influence of Islamic architecture. The external archways and jaali (perforated) walls provide significant insight to the Mughal-Islamic architecture and design and offer an elegant touch to the house.
It also comes with an attached backyard that has been transformed into a manicured garden. From the front, it is hard to understand the exact size of the bungalow. Yet, the hard work and dedication that has gone into the making of the project can be easily perceptible.
The actor said that the house should be a haven where you come to relax. He used only three colours in the entire house- white, wooden and sky blue. The home also encompasses a garden and cabin where the actor reads his scripts and contemplates.
The architect has posted multiple photos of his grand home on Instagram. In one of the shots, he can be seen sitting in the sunlight on his lawn and reading something.
